 Former Campell University President Norman Adrian Wiggins passed away at Wake Forest Baptist Hopsital this morning in Winston-Salem, NC.

Sincerest condolences go to his wife Millie and the entire CU family. Dr. Wiggins built this university in terms of academcis from a small junior college to one of the most respected private universities on the east coast, while also reaching out to servicemen and foreign countries.  No idea about that one...

...but I would be surprised. I mean, he WAS an old southern gentleman. You know how those guys are.
