Attempting to walk on to a military installation with a uniform on is fraud. Simply wearing a military uniform does not classify as legal impersonation, and thus isn't fraud. Let's here it for MILITARY SURPLUS STORES!

That was me citing an example. I suppose if I said "Baseball is a sport." You'd reply with "So football isn't a sport?!" Obviously there are multiple scenarios where wearing a uniform, in conjunction with altered behavior, or by speech, could be considered legal fraud.

yes they sell clothing in surplus stores... but they sell bits and peices not entire uniforms together...
its the same thing as if u dressed up as a cop.. we all know thats illegal...

Walking, running, skipping, marching, riding, boating, taking a photo, going to a funeral, and even walking on to a "military installation"... anything in a military uniform when you're not military personnel is illegal as cited. And yes, it is fraud. Thank you for looking it up for all of us. Indeed wearing the uniform with the ribbons and rank does secure an "unfair or unlawful gain." It is unfair to others who have earned those ribbons and rank and is also unlawful according to United States Code 10.

does it really make a difference whether its male or female...considering the

integrity, and earning the recognition of being part of the armed forces. I

uniform! The real aspect that you should focus on is the individual inside of it and

hahaha ok so after i said all this stuff about respecting the uniform... megz... marine dress blues are the sexiest and the best!! haha.. (just dont let me know about it) haaaaaaa...
actually i really dont care when people dress up in the uniform... it shows support for us. however what did kinda rub me the wrong way was his comment that implyed he was a marine.. and then starting stuff on this thread along with makin the uniform look like shit with the loose belt etc... usually i have no problem with it as long as u dont disrespect the uniform by prancing around in it as if you are something... not sure i said this before...
