Pussies.

For the record they make thigh beepers that are relatively inexpensive that beep when you break the plane. When i used to power lift a lot that was the way i went. That way you know for sure you can squat it for real if someone calls you out or if you want to set a real record.

Are you lifting heavy for the sake of lifting heavy? You plan to body build or play some strenuous sport that requires strength like wrestling or football? It's going to tax on your joints at some point and I don't know if it's worth it unless your livelihood depends on it.

^^ I consider my lifting pretty legit. I wouldn't do it if I didn't think I was doing it right. Theres no point. I've spent alot of time making sure my forms are correct in all of my workouts. Whats the beeper called?

^Like I said before, I was lifting for a football team I was going to play on but just recently decided that my wife and I are moving back to florida. I'm not sure what I'm lifting for other than strength and health right now. I might find another team. And yes, I take suppliments for my joints and tendons. I'm careful.

Well... I do have good bios to play tight end in the NFL.

6'4"
250lbs maybe I could put on 10 more lbs.
4.7 40 yd dash(when I was at 200lbs, might be slower now, no idea)
Great agility.(box time is at a pro tight end speed)
Great lower body strength.
I'd have to work on my upper body strength some more to compete on that level though.

But yea, not really lookn to do that.

to play in the nfl you'd probably have to play college first..

Why do you say that? You think people haven't played in the NFL without playing in college? Like I said, I'm not looking to do this but if I did... blah blah blah.

I don't get it... I don't even look that fat in the picture... I look alot bigger tha you guys are used too but not sloppy and fat. Please also consider again that I gained 45 lbs in 5 months. Thats alot more than 'No Idea' is claiming.

No, you don't look "fat and sloppy," just slightly chubs. It's okay. Everyone has that phase.

yea, its a bit unfair to think that someone (assuming you work), could work out and stay in shape every day of the year...but life happens sometimes

I think it's because most of us are used to seeing pictures of you being skinny.
The bulking was probably gradual, and you saw yourself every day making the gradual change.
But those of us on the internet are only exposed to what we see in the pictures you post, and perceive it as an abrupt change.
