its the pronounced forehead, messed up eyes, huge head, lack of intelligence that warrants a goofy word such as mongoloid. In no way am I trying to demean Asians by using this word in relation to calvin.

secular judaism FTW! like brad said judaism is just as much about the culture and tradition as it is the religion. As far as me being techinically jewish, according to orthodox jews who do no recognize converts, I am not jewish, otherwise I am jewish. She did however convert before I was born.
You really need to take things with a grain of salt Andy. The only thing I am ever touchy about is the Holocaust, as I've known several survivors and also have family friends who lost loved ones. Everytime you raise a such a fuss over something somebody says you are just feeding into it.

^^Why do you always go out of your way to point out that your reading comprehension is in the basement? I didn't say the word meant what I said. I said it was a goofy word that worked with what you put on the table. Mongoloid is a derogatory word in many cases, thus why many people use it in reference to you.

isnt that a great movie? I watched it over at the veterans opening day (With a JEW none the less, and she didnt freak when she saw hitler, she thought it was great too, btw) A very well done film.

^Zwick isn't bad. She is pretty good, but I have seen what you meant by "left leaning". Still, I am taking her Holocaust in German Memory seminar as a grad.

Zwick hated me, mostly because i made it a point to correct her every time she was wrong... which was a lot. Socially she knows her topics, but when she tries to teach from the military prospective and she tells me that the SS did not have a military unit (which my thesis paper was based on, btw) the proverbial gloves come off, haha.
her holocaust class is probably pretty good, seeing as how she teaches as if that was the only thing that occured between 1933 and 1945 (that and she is jewish and has the same 'i have something to prove' attitude jewtang does.
But then again, I am biased because I think Dr. Bodo was the shit and it is hard to live up to his level of teaching.
