45FMJoe	yes it's a baby blacktip and no i didn't kill him. in fact, i almost got into a large fistfight at ballast point pier one night over a couple of rednecks killing 2 baby bonnetheads. you only keep the juveniles that have not reached sexual maturity yet (4-5 feet) so you don't hurt the population.
