i dont follow any news much.. i was referring to the description of the pic..so yes UNATTACHED to ANY other meaning, because how am i supposed to know whos head that is and could only assume it was the owners in this gallery photoshopped i found it to a bit humorous, stupid but humorous none the less,

Yes, his head was cut off. I have read many an official report of the incident, and I have watched the video many times during "working hours." They use a knife, which is not very big, and use sort of a sawing motion. It is not a clean cut. They spend a good 7-10 seconds getting this head detatched from the body. It's lovely.
