^^^^^^^ The concert seriously kicked ass! (: and thanks lol

^^^^^^ har har. they don't look like women, and if you seriously think so... nevermind, i won't say it. i'll be nice today. >_>

^^^^^ WTF? XD

^^^^ Yup! He's married and has 2 children, a boy and a girl (i got to see them at the show also lol)

^^^ haha!! to be honest, i wanted to stand next to Zac, but Taylor put his hand out thus blocking my way. he does have a nice waist for a guy though... i shouldn't be saying that about a married man lol.

I don't have any other pictures. HOB was strict as hell about cameras D:

^ lol, there's a LOT of fans both old and new (around 550,000 in the fan club alone. possibly more now thanks to the tour and college letures). The HOB concert was so packed with people, it was insane.

Peter: If you could be stranded on a desert island with any woman in the world, who would it be?

Quagmire: Taylor Hanson.

Joe Swanson: Taylor Hanson is a guy.

Quagmire: [Laughs] You guys are yankin' me. "Hey, let's put one over on Quagmire."

Peter: No, he's actually a guy, Quagmire.

Quagmire: What? That's insane. That's impossible.
[Pause]
Quagmire: Oh God. Oh my God. I've got all these magazines. Oh God.

There was an episode that Hason pulled up in front of their house and Peter was like "OMG children of the corn!" And then he gunned them down. I was like wow.

"Hanson" and "Amazing" are just two words that should never reside in near-by statements. "Pink Floyd" and "Amazing", "Metallica" and "Amazing", "Led Zeppelin" and "Amazing", those all fit. But not "Hanson"...

What about in the statement "Hanson is amazingly gay!"

^ That statement brings about no sense of amazement.

*Five Minutes Later*

After thinking about it for 5 minutes or so, I've reaffirmed my conclusion up there ^^.

Jokes from 1998 -- my favorite! You guys are SO on the edge.

unless you've seen them perform live, your opinion isn't really valid, kthxbai.

.... and anything by Metallica past 1998 sucks.

^x15: Someone called Jannus about it and the manager said that the band already paid it's deposit and has the contract from them, so I don't see why it wouldn't be on... especially since they've already paid. It'd be a waste of money down. =/

^ SWEET!!!

and YES, Hanson is absolutely AMAZING live. This will be my 5th Hanson concert...

I've never been to Jannus Landing, so how early do you think I would need to get there in order to be really close up front?

do they play their own instruments yet? i remember seeing them on SNL one night, and seeing a whole other guitarist, keyboardist, bassist, drummer, etc playing behind them.

well you cannot form an opinion about how they sound live until you actually see them live, right? so shut up.

and any band that can cover pink floyd, cream, and other sweet bands as they did will always float my boat. even my mother, who hated hanson before the concert, fell in love with them because of their live show.

Saturday, October 29, 2005 9:38 PM

jannus landing is a courtyard. if you want up front just be aggressive and get up there. I usually get to shows anywhere from 30 minutes early to after it started and have never had a problem being where I want to be.

Saturday, October 29, 2005 9:43 PM

Carolie

^^^^^^yup, they are! the HOB show was my first and it easily beat out all the other concerts i've been to as the best. they're really one of those bands that are just amazing live.

^^^^^, ^^^^HAHAHAHAHA. Keep it coming with things from 8 years ago. Reminds me of middle school all over again. (:

^^^ aww, don't worry. you will eventually!

^^ you, sir, are officially my new favorite person. They've covered so many great bands: The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Spencer Davis Group, Beach Boys, Radiohead, Ben Folds, AC/DC, Steppenwolf, Janis Joplin, Little Richard, The Beatles, U2... I could go on.

^Some would tell you that that song was good, and then say rap sucks. At least rappers make songs with real words.

^^ MMMBop. Cute shit. Gotta love 1997.

^ Because comparing rap and a song written before any of the members were 10 years old makes a lot of sense.

They could have come up with something clever since two of them were in their teens (or close enough) when they broke out.

And at this point, I realize that this argument is going nowhere. I can't convince you that they suck, and you sure as heel can't convince me that they're any good, so I'm gonna leave this picture alone now.

:]

^ lol the profile LIES! XD

^^well, it wasn't obviously that bad since the record executive were the ones that chose the song as the debut single.

but that aside, what's the point of bringing up stuff from 8 years ago? It's 2005. They're adults, they've grown musically, and have had success that some bands could wish they could have in the music field. Anyways, there's no point in trying to broaden a person who's musically closed-minded's horizons. So, ending this convo here.

so I just got home from work... my last party was for twins.

Their names? Jordan and Taylor.

This made me smile sooo big. Then I started talking about Hanson and got the 1997 MMMBop bit by my coworkers. Why can't some people snap out of that mindset?

For those who don't know: Taylor's First name is Jordan. Jordan Taylor Hanson, but he goes by Taylor.
