What type of mushroom is classified as a "gourmet" mushroom?
LOL, Dole.
My dream is to be able to taste wine and describe it like, "A little citrus. Maybe some strawberry. Mmm. Passion fruit, mmm, and, oh, there's just like the faintest soupçon of like, uh, asparagus, and, there's a, just a flutter of, like a, like a nutty Edam cheese." I'm a wine douche in the making.
That looks like an ideal bomb shelter. "QUICK, GET IN THE BOMB SHELTER..WE CAN HAVE WINE AND GOURMET MUSHROOMS TO KEEP US ALIVE!"

Ideal, until the power gets cut. Nothing sucks more than warm/hot wine, imho...

I can't even begin to fathom what types are in there. I know there are alot of varieties. It is a pretty sweet setup. It was friggen cold in that cooler though, which made for perfectly chilled drinks.
