If you can't grill a steak the second best is broiling a steak in the oven. Put it on the top rack and broil...

That's why you buy the whole cut at Sam's Club and cut it yourself. You save a shit load of money and pay less then you would for a ribeye by the pound.

^Very true. Also, this allows a person to have the filet cut to their liking (thick/thin, etc.) as they will be doing it themselves.

Sam's Club beef is probably the top beef you can get from a supermarket. Never ordered Steak Online. I might try it. How is that Hereford? I hear John Dee Pty Ltd in Queensland has very good Beef.
