If that were the case then the terrorists would most likely have guns as well, would they not? You have to admit, having guns on planes isn't the safest idea in the world... one accidental firing, there goes the pressure in the cabin, enter: domino effect - stage right.

What a ridiculous cartoon. If people were free to take guns on to airplanes why the fuck would the terrorists attack with box cutters? By the way, airplanes are private property. You aren't free to take guns on airplanes just the way you aren't free to take guns into the homes of others.

I dunno...I kind of think...the people on the plane could have easily overtaken the hijackers with pure strength in numbers, but they didn't know the hijacker's intentions and figured if they were passive enough they'd get out alive. Now we know better. If guns were allowed on the plane, the hijackers would have them too. I do get the joke, though. Ha ha.

according to federal law, actually you can take guns and ammo on planes but it has to be packed in your checked luggage and declared at the check in counter.

and by florida's laws, yes it is legal to carry a gun into another person's home if you are invited in, just like you could carry in any store, mall, bank, etc. the only places that a licensed person isnt allowed to carry is government buildings, the secure area of an airport (past metal detectors), bars, a school campus, polling places, courthouses, police stations and sporting events. if the homeowner or business owner states that they do not want you to have a gun on their premises then you must either disarm or leave, the only legal right that they would have against you is trespassing.

now if you do not have a concealed license, all bets are off.

on a side note there are tens of thousands of floridians carrying legally all around you, its not them you should be worried about.

and by the way, some of you are taking a light hearted cartoon too seriously, please try to relax a little. especially you, my little groupie.

Great cartoon.

Dan, you need to brush up on some physics son. Hollywood is not real. One bullethole will not cause the cabin to implode. Why do you think air marshall's carry guns? Do you think they will always hit their target 100% of the time? Nope. If one missed shot would destroy the plane do you think they would be packing heat? Nope.
