Yes, we have lessons for all ages and levels!!

Tbe program is great, too. Here is a link for more information: http://www.theicesportsforum.com/skating_school.html If you need more info, feel free to call the Skating Directors (Ginger and Tommy), they are wonderful people.

My hockey stick was taking a nap.

So you skate huh??? I'm originally from Chicago and skated for 13 years ... I even came to Tampa for a summer and took from Peter Barna at TBSA. Now I'm tested through senior moves and senior free and looking to get into judging. So you still skate?? What have some of your accomplishments been?

This is one of my most favorite skating moves to watch...you do it soooo beautifully!! I'm always so amazed at how graceful figure skaters are, all while moving on thin little blades.

So I'm looking forward to skating with you again in a few weeks when I move back up there. I didn't skate last weekend cus I was in Tampa and I'm hoping I can skate this weekend, depending on how I feel ( I had my wisdom teeth out today ). Are you still gonna be skating Tuesdays and Wednesdays, the afternoon session? I hope I can go to those ones but we'll see cus of my class times. I have all afternooon classes.

And oh yeah, all of the stupid dance studios in Tampa started around like the 16th or sooner and I don't move in till the 24th so I'm hoping I can get into the Fundamentals of Ballet class spring semester and maybe in the spring join a studio. Then next year I'm planning on living in Tampa the entire year so it'll be easier.

I don't get to skate as much as I used to or would like to. I'm so busy with working and dance and Pre-Dental and rehersal for Footloose and applying to dental school and such that I only get to skate one day a week right now. I've taken about 4 and a half months off this year already b/c of my schedule. It has never been a primary focus, just something else to do on the side, so I've just done local competitions around the area.

I wasn't able to start skating until high school, so that's too bad lol. I basically skate for fun, but my coach wants me to start testing more... so we are working on Juvenile moves and free skate right now.

I used to jump all the time, even thoguh I hated it. Then my coach passed away, and I decided not to really jump anymore, just do spins and some MITF. I honestly haven't done or even tried an axel, double sal, double toe, or double flip in about 21 months. I still do double loops for the heck of it, though.
