Dude.. I respect your opinion.. and I LOVE Lifted by Bright Eyes, but it's definitely not on OK Computer's level...
I can consider some of those Floyd arguments though...

And comparing OK Computer to Kid A and HTTT is like comparing Apples to Bananas and Oranges. Each album had a different purpose, their aim was different each time out. So the best Radiohead album is subjective of course depending on taste... those who are very patient listeners and can get into things that are really abstract of course love Kid A, and those who..well.. would be more likely to listen to Blur and Coldplay would take more of a liking to HTTT.. but, OK Computer blends all that is great about Radiohead and is their most well rounded album.

Hmm... yeah I can see that. It's the whole Falsetto thing.. I think I remember Thom Yorke saying his falsetto's are influenced by Jeff Buckley. ...and why is my picture so big..

I was also thinking radiohead, but then I realized that OK computer is not the greatest album ever so I must have been mistaken. stop licking radiohead's nuts, they aren't going to let you into the band just because you kissed their ass and plugged their album.
album's I can think of that are better than radiohead's:
LV IV
scenes from a memory
back in black
master of puppets
lots more

Metallic..of course I've heard it..and yes I do think OKC is better. And if it weren't for Ok Computer, the Fragile would have never existed.. at least not the way we know it. Reznor would even tell you that. Have any of you heard Grace by Jeff Buckley? Even that is better than the aforementioned albums. But, at any rate.. arguing with metal/industrial fans that OKC could possibly be the best album ever is basically futile.

Radiohead is tight, but I like me some Oysterhead(Trey Anastasio and Les Claypool, come on!!) Also can't argue with those Floyd comments, I love me some Dark Side, Division Bell, and Wall!!

everyone seems to think master of puppets is the best metallica album. why is that? i mean it has some good songs on it, but i personally think kill' em all, ride the lightning, and justice for all, and the black album are all better than master of puppets.

Every one? As in all of them? Post the link please. Also, do you have towering above the rest? Greatest collection of Radiohead recordings I've ever heard..

yeah every concert...towering above the rest is good, but aren't they all in .mp3?? the great thing about these live recordings is that they're in .shn format, its very clear, a couple of the concerts are so clear they are BETTER than the store bought CD's....its a little hard to explain how to get to the "site"
1) download the program DC++ (just a HUGE forum to download anything)
2) once done, search the hubs for a hub called "Radiohead Magna Hub"
2A) If for some reason you can't find it i believe the address is "radioheadlive.no-ip.org"
3) VERY IMPORTANT STEP you must read the directions that are posted when you enter the hub, it instructs you to go to www.radiohub.org
4) READ THE DIRECTIONS and make sure you follow them, if you share MP3's or don't share correctly you can be banned
A couple of MUST HAVE CONCERTS ARE :
7-4-2000 Berlin (easily the best sounding recording around, you'd never know that it is live)
11-26-2003 Earls Court
11-27-2003 Earls Court (this one has a better setlist) but still get the 26th.
Let me know what you think
Enjoy!
ITS REALLY NOT THAT COMPLICATED ONCE YOU GET IT SET UP
AND TRUST ME, ITS WORTH IT!!!!!!

Actually I hadn't gotten around to it, been crazy busy... I've definitely been meaning to though.
So do you have any expectations for this album they're working on? Think they're ready to go totally obscure like they predicted they eventually would, or will they sort of compromise like they did with HTTT?

figured you know this site....but just in case, its basically the bands blog as they write their new stuff

live shows are insane
'nother one to get 8-24-2003, Maryland Heights (Thom plays a Neil Young song, "After the Goldrush," leading into Everything in its Right Place) UNREAL
