mellomel	That's awesome. Congratulations. I can really tell after looking at the other pictures in your gallery. You look so happy, way to go!!! I've gained about 60+ pounds in the past 2 years, have had to start losing it a long time ago, but it's hard to get motivated. I know how hard it is to lose weight, so when I see someone that is successful it can be pretty inspiring. Thanks for that, and keep up the good work!!! Oh - and how are you doing it? bullbaby11	Its simple...the food pyramid and work out. I actually also have another twist. It takes 21 days to create a habit. So take one of you rbad habits like 2 servings and cut it to one or stop the mid night frig raide for 21 days and you will find it easier to say no more often than not to those habits. But let yourself have that chocolate, don't deny yourself everything otherwise you will binge one day. Monday, February 13, 2006 4:50 AM
