What happens is a chain reaction. The spots are big enough for all the cars if you park anywhere between the white lines, but when you're a foot over it means that every car to one side of you can't open their doors and HAS TO CLIMB OUT OF THEIR SUNROOFS or stick out 4 feet to make it to their exam.
