I totally just realized what your mask looks like. It looks like the top of the penis costume. Someone on here has it in their gallery (but I don't remember who) if you google image "penis costume" it's one of the results... it's a costume covered in penises. The face of that costume looks like your mask. Excellent.

I was kidding. We didn't have cable until the mid-90s, so TGIF was my life every Friday night. Hell, I'm old school TGIF (Mr. Belvedere, Perfect Strangers, Just the 10 of Us) haha. Full House, Boy Meets World after that... then Topanga got fat. 
Step by Step was the best, though.
But TGIF wasn't the cream of the crop of greatness in the early 90s. Eerie Indiana and The Torkelsons were on another network.
