the baddest rig ive seen is either this guy that put a steel wrapped sleeper on the back of a 5 ton, then put an exo cage on a travel trailer that was put on a 5th wheel flat bed then hualed his rock buggy on the back half of the trailer.
or those rigs they use as support vehicles for the DAKAR Rally
the pop up works good but i keep gettin the a/c caught up on branches and the condenser fins have gotten all f'd up. i need to build a cage around the popup cuz it aint made to brush up against trees like it is.

guy i bought it from got it from the USF Parks & recreation department, they used to use it over at riverside park about 10 years ago. the guy sold it to me so that he could buy that green defender 90 thats on campus.
it came minus the popup and the plywood roof, i added those, cuz they are classy.

Does that thing have those honkin' Rockwell axles in it? There is a place up in Missouri that I drove by that had about 20 deuce and halves for sale. I never did call the number on the sign to ask how much they were or if they even ran. I stopped and looked at 'em for a while though. Those things are just awesome. They look like mad fun.

yeah the axles are the most valueable things on the rig, the rockwell 2.5 ton full floating. Unimogs are badass, in one of the pictures just out of view there is an unimog 406 pulling my 6x6 out of the mud.
oh and for the revolution in the event of nuclear holocuast my duece will still run, absolutely nothing electronic on it any where except the strobe light.

You can buy 'em on eBay. There's some pretty wild stuff in the Military section of Ebay Motors.
