I used to have that phone, it was defective, so I got pissed and threw it in the ocean and Nextel sent me a new one, and it was defective too, I have the i730 now, no problems yet.

i've had the i830 since it came out, and it seems as though when everyone else (other networks) are having probs, mine works just fine ;) hooray for nextel!
Ex:When I thought I was going to die during hurricane charley I could beep through to others, ask Alan, he was able to contact me <3
