Long version: Looks like 1/2 idea looks like Russian Insignia and a Peugeot logo's lios tail with Gryphon's and just bunch of other shit all over the place, like damn!

It appears to be the femur fused with the left half of the pelvic bowl (ilium, pubis, and ischium). At first i thought it was a wicked cool spoon.
Also i too see that maybe it's a slightly rotated. Dunno if it's because he's holding the camera or if it really is. Remember, the body isn't even to begin with.
Nice tattoo overall though!

the arm didn't even compare to the pain i felt when doing my chest. particularly the middle bit with alllll the detail....right on the bone.
