Redebekadia	yep. My best friendsmom just sold her house for 600,000 dollars in the heart of Naples. It was only 4 blocks from the beach and a block away from the downtown "it" area. the house itself was a peice of shit. Its foundation was cracked and a visible crack ran through the house. Plus the house was like 100 years old (exaggeration) but it was nasty. Lol, come to find out, they cannot tear down the house to build a new one because of new zoning laws that forbids them from building the house within a certain distance of the road. So they just have to do a remodel to get a decent size house. Saturday, June 4, 2005 3:54 AM
