Just curious: as a fellow Democrat, I'd like to discuss your opinions on the current race for the democratic ticket, espcially with concerns on Dean and Kerry.
Oh yeah, ignore the conservative Republicans on this site. To them we are already going to hell for not seeing Bush as the greatest president in the history of America.

It is completely understandable: having so much faith in someone, only to have the masses shoot your dream down. One of the problems with the electoral system; not everyone get's what they want. Personally I would prefer it if our party would just unify behind one candidate instead of, as the Daily Show has dubbed it, Indecision 2004. Also, I would prefer it if Nader did not win. Although I was in the Green Party during High School (I was young and optimistic and did not realize the power of the primary vote), and would like to see them get government funding as a national party, I would rather have a Democratic victory.

This will be my first time voting in a presidential election. I am not going to waste my vote and I want to know about the candidates before I vote. Granted there is almost no way in hell I would vote for Bush, but I always want to know more about who the front runner for the Democrats are, and who closely shares my believes as well as willing to keep their word from during the runoff to after election.
