people do... in fact, yesterday an employee fell from el capitan and is in critical condition... and she only fell forty feet. didnt get very far.
i think something like more than a dozen people die in the park in a year from going over falls and falling while climbing.

i think it was almost 8000. the top of el capitan is 7600. and mt hoffman in the distance is 10,000

idk, ansel had a way of capturing the beauty that you can't normally see in pictures, that you have to experience. This is very nice... maybe if you make it black and white and photoshop the lighting nicely, hmmm.
